Edith Duran

Nobles Funeral Home and Crematory announces the services for Edith Chavez Duran, age 46, who passed away Sunday, May 13, 2018 at Candler Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents, J. Jesus Chavez and Hortencia Medina Sandoval.

Survivors include her husband, Francisco J. Duran; one son, Christian Duran; three daughters, Mayra Duran, Rosa Duran and Linda Duran; four brothers, Federico Chavez, Orlando Duran, Romualdo Duran and Leandro Emanuel Duran; four sisters, Emma Gonzalez, Estela Correa, Nancy Chavez, Maria Leonor Chavez, Rosaelva Duran, MA Guadalupe Duran, MA Marina Duran, Victona Duran, Milagros Durran and Rosario Duran; father in-law, Javier Duran; mother in-law, Christina Ladezma Mar and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 17, 2018 at 10am at the Duran residence at 154 Williamson Lane, Baxley with Father Rafael Estrada officiating.

Interment will follow on the family farm.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 5pm at the Duran residence.

Active Pallbearers will be Christian Duran, Edgardo Correa, Fernando Chaves, Leonardo Gonzalez, Isidoro Andablo, Darrion Fedrick, Carlos Alberto Gonzalez and Oscar Hernandez.

Honorary pallbearers will be her godchildren, nieces and nephews.
