Neal Harvey Burke Jr.

Miles – Nobles Funeral Home and Crematory announces the funeral services of Neal Harvey Burke, Jr., age 62, who passed away Sunday, April 24, 2016 at his residence. He was a native of Appling County living in Atlanta the past fifty years returning to Appling County five years ago. He was a retired contractor for The Cathedral of Christ the King Church and School in Atlanta.

Surviving is a daughter, Amanda Burke and Sam Parker of Marietta; brothers, Billy Woods of Carrolton, Benny Woods of Baxley and Jack Woods of Lyons; sister, Angela Lynn Woods of Baxley; and former wife, Beverly Burke.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at 2 p.m. from the Miles – Nobles Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Rick Brown officiating.

Interment will follow in the Lee – Woods Family Cemetery.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to services on Wednesday.

Active Pallbearers will be friends and family.
